- What is Total Health Dental Plan? icon
Total Health Dental Plan is a subscription-based discount health care plan. Participating plan providers in your area have agreed to charge plan members a discounted rate for certain services rendered in their office in accordance with the plan fee schedule. To access these exclusive discounts, you must become a member of the plan by submitting your enrollment information and paying the low annual membership fee. The discounts are applied at the time of service, and you pay the office directly for all services provided.
Total Health Dental Plan is not insurance, and no limitations or maximums apply. Also, there are no claim forms to submit or waiting periods for services you need right away. You and your enrolled family members can use the plan as often as you would like.
- How much does membership cost? icon
Total Health Dental Plan is designed to be affordable and will typically pay for itself in only one visit to a participating office location.
Individual: $149.00 per year
Additional Member(s): + $50.00 per year (per person)
Note: Your annual subscription will automatically renew every 12 months unless you elect to disable auto-renew. We’ll send you a renewal notification at least 30 days before to your renewal date, and another renewal reminder 7 days prior. Some plans may include a two-year subscription option. Total Health Dental Plan is accepted at a growing community of participating office locations across the United States. A list of participating offices can be found online or by calling (877) 545-4188, Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 6:00pm CST.
- How soon can I use my membership? icon
Total Health Dental Plan has no waiting periods. You can utilize your membership immediately after enrolling and as much as needed while you’re a member. Simply mention you’re a member when visiting your participating office location. The office staff will verify your eligibility and apply applicable plan discounts to your treatment plan.
- How frequently can I use my membership? icon
Unlike dental insurance plans that are filled with red-tape, Total Health Dental Plan has no maximums or deductibles, so you can use your membership as much as needed as determined by your provider.
- How long is my membership term? icon
Total Health Dental Plan is an annual subscription that will automatically renew every 12 months unless you opt-out. We’ll send you a renewal notification at least 30 days before to your renewal date, and another renewal reminder 7 days prior. Some plans may include a two-year subscription option, please review your Member Terms and Conditions for details.
- Can I add dependents to my membership? icon
Yes, you can add dependents to your membership at any time by logging in to your online personal dashboard or calling (877) 545-4188, Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 6:00pm CST to speak with a dedicated member support specialist.
- When will I receive my member ID card? icon
While a member ID card is not needed to access your benefits at participating locations, you can view or print your card through the member portal.
