• What is Total Health Dental Plan?

    Total Health Dental Plan is NOT INSURANCE, but rather a licensed dental savings plan that’s offered through your local dental office. Unlike traditional dental insurance filled with red tape, Total Health Dental Plan features no waiting periods, maximums, exclusions or claims process.

    In exchange for a low annual membership fee starting at only $75/yr, Total Health Dental Plan members receive free exams and x-rays, plus 20-50% off all other dental services at a community of 15+ participating dental offices across Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.

    Note: free exams and x-rays limited to 2x per member/per annual membership term.

  • How much does Total Health Dental Plan cost?

    Total Health Dental Plan is very affordable and typically pays for itself in only one visit to the dentist.

    Individual Plan – $75.00 per year

    Two Individuals Plan – $95.00 per year

    Family Plan – $125.00 per year

    Note: Total Health Dental Plan renews automatically every 12 months unless you notify your participating dental office or the plan administrator of intent to cancel. All members will receive upcoming renewal notifications via direct mail (30 days prior), email (7 days prior) and phone call (3 days prior).

  • Which offices accept Total Health Dental Plan?

    Total Health Dental Plan is accepted at a community of 15+ dental offices across Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.

    A list of participating dental offices can be found online or by calling (888) 231-5266, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 6pm CST.

  • How soon can I use my membership after enrolling?

    Since Total Health Dental Plan has no waiting periods, exclusions or maximums, you can utilize your membership immediately after enrolling and as much as needed while an active member. If you would like to use your membership prior to your member ID cards arriving in the mail (7-10 days), simply mention you’re a member when visiting your participating dental office and they will verify your eligibility real-time.

  • How frequently can I use my membership?

    Unlike traditional dental insurance plans filled with red tape, Total Health Dental Plan has no maximums so you can use your membership as much as needed while a member.

    To maintain optimal oral health, the American Dental Association (ADA) recommends regular dental visits, at intervals determined by your dentist. The frequency of your regular dental visits should be tailored by your dentist to accommodate for your current oral health status and health history.

  • How long is the membership term?

    Total Health Dental Plan carries a yearly membership term and will auto-renew at the end of its respective term unless you notify your participating dental office or the plan administrator of your intent to cancel prior to your renewal date.

  • Can I add dependents to my membership?

    Yes, you can add additional family members to your membership anytime by logging into the online member portal or calling (888) 231-5266, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 6pm CST, to speak with a dedicated member support specialist.

  • When will I receive my member ID cards?

    You will receive your new member welcome kit in the mail within 7-10 days from when you’re enrolled. Your member welcome kit will include a member welcome letter, a copy of the member terms and conditions, and 2 member ID cards.

    Note: If you’re a new member and didn’t receive your member welcome kit in the mail, or you’re a current member and lost your member ID cards and need new ones, please call (888) 231-5266 to speak with a dedicated member support specialist. We will be happy to mail you a set of replacement ID cards at no additional charge.

  • What is Keep On Smilin' Assurance?

    Total Health Dental Plan differentiates itself from other dental plans in the market by including $1,000 per year/per plan of warranty coverage on most dental work rendered at participating offices. The warranty coverage is called Keep On Smilin’ Assurance* and is included in all memberships at no additional cost.

    Note: Most dental procedures rendered are covered by Keep On Smilin’ Assurance* warranty as long as the plan member is current with their membership dues when the services are rendered and at the time the unforeseen dental issue occurs. Terms and conditions apply.
